¡Vamos a tener una fiesta!

I am from the midwest and I never need a reason to party and we do love to have a Fiesta in this mixed house. Promising a 4 part might have been a bit of a strech for me because honestly there are just soooooooo many tasty parts to a Mexican meal.

I married a lovely man with Mexican heritage from LA and I lured him to the frigid midwest with promises of learning how his family made his favorite foods. And so before we moved back to Nebraska I did. Since I took the time to learn them and have come to appreciate the delicioso I think everyone should have access to these family recipes for your own fiestas or just for Taco Tuesday (which is almost every Tuesday in our house.)
